We have an Executive Account Manager (EAM) to confer and maintain a good service relationship with the Account Manager (AM) whose focus is on you the client. Our Account Managers number one goal is to make sure our team is adhering to your needs and performing a high touch service with daily or catastrophic events.
Account Managers will perform the following:
- Client Service Agreements
- Working with Clients Claims Management
- Communicating Best Practice
- Working with Training
- Working with QC
Quality Control (QC) is the result of high level developing and training. We focus on developing and training our adjusters to do it right the first time. Team Leaders (TL) are always deployed during a catastrophic event. Their roles include ability to triage level of loss severity to make sure those in dire need are treated with high touch customer service.
