Our company

Partners Adjusting, Appraisal & Umpiring Services, LLC is a dynamic and growing company in a very changing industry. Our name has been slightly changed to encompass all the services we provide. One of the original founders, Gary Stevens, has a vision for this company to become a Midwest region insurance adjusting and appraisal firm. Steven’s mission is to provide high touch services for small to mid-range carriers. From 2014 to the present-day Partners Adjusting Firm has adjusted thousands of claims for more than a dozen carriers. In the recent years Stevens began to include dispute resolution type services. This includes appraisals and umpiring. The amount of growth and time spent in this area requires additional management by Stevens. Wanting to maintain a high touch level of service to our long-term customers has required bringing in additional leadership and training.

In January of 2020, Robert L. Ballard joined the company. Robert brings experience and the skill sets required to meet the ever-changing demands of this industry. Ballard provides organizational, marketing and educational skill sets to propel this company into a new era and service opportunities. Our company is poised to move forward with high touch services to clients and their customers while embracing new technologies of Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality. While we embrace the technology changes, there is still the call for looking clients/customers in the eye and a handshake. With all of that said, we are excited about the future of this industry and our company. Providing personalized results to meet customers needs is what this company will continue to be built on. By servicing and working with our clients, we are looking forward to being the Partners you can count for ALL of your property claims handling needs.

While our vision is beyond today, our mission is:

“Building Strong Partners
Brings Strong Results!”
